What children need with them

  • A small bag
  • A hermit crab for water
  • A pair of slippers to wear in the classroom
  • A change of clothes that will remain at school
  • A hat for the summer months

Children who will stay at school after noon will also need:

  • A container with food suitable for heating in the oven
  • A hand towel
  • A spoon
  • A pillow

It would be useful for children to have their name written on their belongings so that they do not get confused and get lost.

  • 5 pieces of blue, green, red, yellow and brown embossed paper
  • 1 envelope with rubber

Parents are kindly requested to bring, whenever they can, to the kindergarten recyclable packaging materials, such as paper, plastic, metal and fabric, which are valuable and useful for our handcrfts!

Useful Information

Our kindergarten is open from 07:30 until 16:00 on its operating days.

It has flexibility in the arrival and departure times of the children in order to serve the parents. Specifically, arrival times are set from 07:30 to 08:45 and departure times from 13:00 to 16:00.

Our kindergarten during the year will be closed only for the following days: 

  • 31/12, 1/1 and 2/1 New Year

  • 6/1 Epiphany

  • Green Monday

  • 25/3 Evangelism of the Virgin

  • Holy Thursday, Holy Friday, Holy Saturday

  • Easter Sunday, Easter Monday and Tuesday

  • First of the May

  • Holy Spirit

  • During the month of August

  • 4/10 Liberation of Xanthi

  • 28/10 Day of  No

  • 24/12, 25/12 and 26/12 Christmas

The school year starts one week before the official start of the school year for the smooth transition and adjustment of students from the summer holidays to the annual school period and ends according to the forecast of the Ministry of Education.
From the end of the school year until the end of July, it operates with creative employment programs.

  • The parents fill in the registration form and sign the school regulations.
  • Parents submit the registration fee as required by the school.
  • Tuition is paid in 2 installments according to the school regulations.
  • Parents who have two children at school are given a discount.
  • Upon enrolling in school, parents must provide a birth certificate.
  • Registration starts in March until the number of sections is limited.

  • Demonstrate a child health booklet or provide other evidence that the vaccines appear to have been given.
  • Individual Health Card signed by a pediatrician.
